Unhappy HELP! Bad Noise up front, sounds like speed bumps!

Man... thought it was the wheel bearing, and it was bad, changed it, but didn't fix the problem.
then i figured it was the CV, so i swapped it out, and did the upper & lower ball joints today, still didn't fix the problem...

It sounds like speed bumps, up front on the right side.
but now everything is new on the right side, and still sounds like the right side.

The inner spline in the differential was drooping down had lots of lateral play. I looked at the old CV, no obvious wear where it rides on that inner bearing.
I filmed it
;

Any Ideas before i throw more money & time away?

Also; the noise isn't always constant, it will be quiet when i first take off, then kicks in at random speeds.
when it started it only happend at 50-55, but not happens at any speed.
the noise doesn't speed up or slow down with the vehicle's speed, just the intensity of the noise changes. does this make any sence?

Year, make, & model would be very helpful to us. Also, does the 4WD dash switch have 3 buttons, or 4?

97 Blazer LT 4x4, 3 buttons.
I haven't tried it in 4wd, sometimes it gets stuck in 4wd, so i save 4wd for snow.
the noise is happening while in 2wd on the road.

Here is a clip of what it sounds like

There are 4 bearings in the front axle housing. 2 on the right side and 1 on the left side and the other one is pinion bearing.

Have you checked the axle fluid or changed it periodically?

The video with the axle shaft in the tube is normal for that shaft to wobble. The inner cv axle holds that shaft in place riding on the outer shaft tube bearing.

I've had 4x problems in the past, it gets stuck in 4wd, so I've been avoiding using it unless i'm sideways heading for the ditch.
after searching the forum, i suspected it might be partially engaged.
So i got desperate this morning, and kicked it in 4wd, and the noise stopped, but now i'm stuck in 4wd, lol.
so when it decides to go back into 2wd, i'll post if the noise comes back.
thanks...

Check the cable under your battery tray. Cables tend to freeze up.
Yep on the ring gear that engages the right drive axle. Teeth are probably grinded off due to the cable not fully releasing when in 2hi. Sounds like you should pull off your axle tube and take a looky.

Vacuum switch on the transfer case is probably leaking vacuum past the oring. When that happens, it partially engages the clutch shaft and clutch gear for the right axle.

When it gets stuck in 4WD: does the transfer case get stuck, or the front axle will not disengage?

it totally stays in 4wd, you can hear some clicking, light blinks, goes between hi & lo.
when it does go back into 2wd, it's usually in the morning when it's cold, i suspect a vacuum line may be stretched on a nipple, and when it cools, it shrinks back snug? just a theory...
the cable under the battery box was sticky a while back, oiled it at the top, but probably is now sticky again...
gonna pull it in the morning and check that area.
found a good video demonstrating that particular area;
This guy has a few other good blazer fixin videos
Thanks for the input, let you know how it goes...

One bit of advice: don't EVER run your vehicle without the battery connected, unless you want problems with onboard modules and electronics.
