Default Help With OBD II reader

Hi all, I have a 99 LS 4.3 that wont start.I have no spark. After replacing the cap rotor coil wires plugs and ignition module with no luckI figured I would buy a cheap reader to maybe get a code to move me in the right direction. When I plug in the reader I get nothing. I did try it on my ford van and itworked fine.Does this meanthe computer isdead? And if the computer is dead why would the fuel pump still work andit turns over? I am not a mechanic and i apoligize if this has been posted before but I tried to search but could not find anything.

Default RE: Help With OBD II reader

Replace the cigarette lighter fuse. Then let us know what the codes are.

Thanks that did the trick. No codes though so I'm back to just throwing parts in and hoping. Thanks
