Default help with p1345

Recently I change the lower intake manifold gaskets on my Jimmy and at first it didn't wanna start but once it did it popped a code p1345. The truck runs but it has a lack of power and the idles a little rough. I've looked up the code tried trouble shooting the cam and crank sensor and after testing both sensor where ok. Next I checked the time chain to make sure it didn't jump a tooth but everything line up. I have good fuel pressure also. My real question, is it possible that the distributor is off by a tooth I know it can only go on two way.
