Hello,
I have a 1996 blazer and one of the high beams isn't working. It was cutting out so i though the bulbs where going bad. After changing the high beams they both worked for less than a day and now only the passenger side works. I tried switching the bulbs they are good but still the driver side high beam is a no go. the low beams work fine.
also my horn doesn't work. I was looking for the fuse but didn't see one labeled horn anyone got any ideas?
Thanks,
Ben

Connections at the the bulbs are notorious, IMO, for corrosion and dust. I went through 3 bulbs in almost 2 months due to that fact, om my '05 silverado. Try cleaning the contacts in the connecter, slathering with dielectric grease ONLY and then see what happens.
The horn...anything else not working? I think the horn is on the same circuit as something else...(just something I saw here on the forum)

I do not see any interaction between the horn and the headlight aside from grounds. Nor do I see anything besides wiring and/or a connector issue that would cause only one headlight to be out. The schematics I am looking at show that both headlights get their power from the same source and that there is a splice joint which one T's off. They do use different grounds (G126 LH & G125 RH).
The high note horn uses G125 and the low note uses G126... The horns are powered through the CTSY fuse and then the horn relay. The CTSY fuse also powers a lot of other things including your interior lighting.
G125 is on the back side of the radiator core support behind, up, and to the inside of the driver side headlight. G126 is in the same basic location on the passenger side, but may be concealed by the battery.

In your 1996 Blazer you have 2 horns for the dual tone sound he is letting you know where they are located so you can be able to check them both out.

Most horn systems have two notes, high & low. I am just pointing out the only similarities that I saw between the horns and the headlights. But really, if both of your horns are not working, then it is likely a relay or fuse issue and may not be related to the headlight problem at all.
