Default how to disconect the fuse block?

ive got a 98 blazer and im pulling the motor. i wanted to disconect the main harness over the engine. i puppled the fuse block from the mount. i fliped it over and loosened the bolt and it begain to raise up. but even after the bolt was all the way loose it wont pull out. i tried the other ones and same thing so there must be a trick.

If the bolt is all the way loose, then you just have to pull. That is all there is. I used a small screw driver to help coax the connectors out.
