I paid 4k for mine last year with 118k on it and everything in working order. But with that being said ive put too much money into it since.
Sounds like the safety feature is on the windows.

 

Thanks guys I decided to pass up the "deal" it had 4 codes a P0101, P0452, P1870 and a P0300. I havent searched much but the P1870 seems to be a pretty bad code to get? The owner just doesnt seem very willing to give me information about the vehicle so I think I will pass on this one, unless it sits forever then maybe I will make a really low offer.
