Default How to replace this weather stripping?

Hi and happy new year.

I have a 1995, 4 cylinder S-10. Among its many issues is that the weather stripping (shown here) attached to the pillar behind the door is splitting from the bottom up. I think it may be possible to get a replacement (may be #4 shown here). But I have no idea how to actually remove and replace this. I see what seem to be rivets that attach this piece to the door pillar. But I am not sure if that is the case and, if so, how to deal with them. I am not seeing any rivet part listed so what to use, if I can even get this off, is unclear.

Thanks for any advice, tips, or suggestions.

Looking around I found this. It looks like the weather stripping is part of the window assembly (now discontinued, of course).

Unable to get it off, Its part of the window assembly as explained above.

I used clear RTV silicone, its what I had... and seems to hold everything together. i did a skim coat on front and filled the channel in the back....
try with a black RTV and see, but everything else i have tried failed within a week...
Weatherstripping adhesive...
Super Gule...
Shoe Goo...
RTV is the only one still working 5 months later...

Hope this helps
