Default How to rotate lines on fuel spider?

OK, yet another question....the instruction sheet that came with the fuel spider says that
all lines should be rotated to point away from the fuel pressure regulator end.
It came with them all pointing toward the regulator.
I have tried to turn them the other way but they won't budge, and I'm afraid of breaking something.
Is there a method or trick that I'm overlooking?

are safety screws in place holding clips to secure the injector lines ? If so , just loosen the screws a turn or so and move the o'ring sealed fuel lines into the desired position and re-tighten the screws .

Thanks for the reply.
Yeah, I already loosened the screws and tried turning the lines, but they're still not wanting to give.
I wasn't sure how to approach it, and I am afraid of breaking them, so I thought I needed to ask here.
They need to be rotated nearly a full 180 degrees, and man they're stuck in their present position.
When I get back out there later today I'll have another go at it, and I'll post back here what I find.
Thanks again.
