Default HVAC fan replacement

Looking to replace the HVAC blower fan as the bearings are making noise. Trying to figure out if I need the ones with a molded vent tube and also if mine has automatic temperature control. Mine is a standard 2002 Blazer LS 2WD 4D nothing fancy. Does have power door locks and power windows but not power seats.

Thanks,
John

The molded vent tube is good to have. When I replaced my blower fan, I nicked the tube with a knife and thought I'd use the one that came with the fan. But the new one did not work and I could not bend it to the proper shape. I then use Rescue Tape to repair the old one and reused it.

Automatic temp controls have numbers around the temp control ****; if yours just has blue and red color strips, then not automatic.
