Do look closely at your axles before buying bearings. Sometimes the worn bearing will wear a groove on the axle, you should be able to see and feel it. If so they make a repair bearing that moves the wear surface to a different location on the axle, so you dont have to replace the axle too. I installed one of these on my drivers side and works great. I bought this repair bearing and a replacement bearing on the other side from Autozone. The take your seal with you as there are two different ones made for them.

If you are going to try the repair bearing route look for a high quality choice. I have read more reports of failure than success and because of that I opted for new axles as well. If you go the repair bearing route please report your results.

You can also get a speedy sleeve that presses on the axle to repair the damage but all in all your best bet for repair is a new axle, The race of your old bearing should have a set of numbers on it that will aid in bearing choice.
