thanks, Im debating getting a vacuum guage, or just replacing the air valve and check valves. if i do that everything will be new(ish) except for the plumbing and wiring. so if that fails, I'll take it to someone who can do the diagnostic by the book.

Lesmyer I'm having this issue but when I disconnect the tube to #3 it is pushing air through but when I put my finger on the vacuum line going from actuator #4 there don't seem to be any vacuum but if I put my finger on the line going to #4 the vacuum is really strong could the actuator be stuck still in the open position
