ok I have a 99 blazer that did not have rke module or remote stock, I got the module and two matching remotes from a 2001 blazer at a junk yard. the rke worked fine in the 01. I pluged the module in to my harness and tried to put the system into programing mode (holding the unlock on door and cycling the key twice) and then nothing happens. i stood outside the truck and held lock and unlock on the fob and nothing. someone please help I really want this to work. it would make it so much easier to enter my truck and the back hatch

 

You have to get the truck programmed to recognize the RKE module. It is not a plug and play installation.
