Has anyone added factory fog lights using the OEM switch?

Depending on the year, it has to go through the BCM. Dealership told me it would cost close to $100 for them to reprogram it so I told 'em to **** off.

Nope, not rocket science but if you want to use the stock wiring it more involved than just adding a switch. Besides, the factory switch is there, it looks stock and it's out of the way. Someone once mentioned some sort of relay you can buy that will allow use of the stock momentary switch but I don't know what kind it is. If I knew, I'd use it with the stock switch.

Here's a link on how to wire up 2 relays to achieve a momentary switch to constant relay output connection. http://www.the12volt.com/relays/page5.asp#mtc The Orange wire coming from your fog lamp switch connector will be the (-) pulse. Also if you connect a wire from the constant 12v+ output (fog lamps) to the purple wire in the fog lamp switch connector, it'll light the indicator lamp when they're on.
