I can only get the truck to make this noise when i first take off in drive or reverse after a fresh start. usually after 5 - 6 seconds of moving and thats the only time it will do it until it gets shut off for a while and re started.
cant tell where its at other than in the front.
It almost to me sounds like a bad diaphram ? dunno loud squish type sound " squaahhhsshhh " .. lol
when this noise happens ( lasts for 1 - 2 seconds ) my headlights dim.
It doesnt seem to be causing any problems with anything, everything works, but it sure sounds like crap.

ok just as i thought you really cant hear it in the video. i think it happens right as it changes from 20 to 21 seconds on the video timer.
you might want to put on some headphones and crank the volume up. the audio in this video doesnt do a good job of replicating what it really sounds like.

thats really the best i can do, except try and put my phone in the engine compartment... lol.... i just might do that later.
EDIT: ok i tried putting it in the engine compartment and there is just too much background noise, but i you can hear it in this video kind of, but turn it up loud. its durring the fifth second on the timer
