Default Loss of A/C when accelerating

Does anyone else have this problem? When I start to get on the gas after being stopped, I lose 1/4 to 1/2 of my A/C flow. Is there something wrong in the engine that would fix this? Is it a common problem? Is it even a problem at all and its normal? If there is a thread for this that I didn't see, a link would be appreciated

Does the blower speed reduce or does the air get warmer?

This is likely due to a reduction in vacuum, which moves the HVAC selector door actuator. You probably have a vacuum leak somewhere. When the throttle is open wide (accelerating) the engine produces less vacuum. There is a vacuum reservoir in the driver's fender which normally compensates for this reduction, but if you have a vacuum leak from old hoses, seals, etc. then the system won't work as efficiently. You can check the hoses under the hood to make sure they're not deteriorated, and make sure the vacuum tube is connected to the reservoir in the fender.
