found out whats wrong with it, the tension pulley (i believe thats what its called) is bad. Going to buy a new one in the next day or two

looks like i posted my previous statement a bit premature. I had to replace the tensioner pulley, alternator and i still need to replace the AC compressor. (all causing the chirp)

figured it would be a good idea to replace all the pulleys since those 3 are done.

my 96 does it and its my ac compressor. so i put a ac delete pully on it and got a shorter belt
