Thats good that the engine turns!
Check your battery terminals to make sure they are tight.
If they are tight, try to look at the starter wires where they attach to the starter. You should be able to look through the passenger fender or you may have to lay underneath. I have seen the small lead on starters break off in the past.

In the under hood fuse block there should be a starter fuse. It may be labeled "Crank"
There also should be a starter relay in the under hood fuse block. You can try swapping it with another relay to see if that makes any difference as well.

I should have asked this in the beginning, but did you happen to notice what the voltmeter was reading when all of this happened and have you tried jump starting it with another vehicle?
I only ask this, because if your alternator failed and the voltage got very low while driving the truck can do some odd things before shutting down when the battery dies.

You have an electrical problem, not likely an actual oil pressure problem. Because the truck lost electrical power while running, your problem is likely not limited to the starting circuit. It's more global than that (ignition switch, PCM, battery, main power fuses, etc). It looks like ChucknTruck is helping you so I'll bow out unless you guys get stuck. I recommend that you diagnose the problem and don't just swap parts.
Let me know if you need my help at any point in the process.

Chuck I really do appreciate your help...Ive been working on my Vehicles for over 45 years. Have done almost anything there is to do to avoid garages, But This thorn in my hemorrhoid of not starting which to me is one of the simplest things to trouble shoot has got me dumbfounded. Ive checked the relays and I did switch them with other of the same and checked the crank fuse too... but still nothing. Just cant believe this is happening ….LOL

I definitely agree that the more its described, the more it sounds like something electrical that shut the truck down and is not related to the oil pressure.

If fuses are good, the battery is charged, and relays are good.
I would check the grounds next.
The main ground for the battery is on the passengers front lower engine block and there is also a smaller ground on the frame next to it.
I always hate electrical gremlins!!

I will be more than glad to help you if you get stuck, just let me know. If I start giving you a diagnostic process now, this thread will be too busy and your head will explode (or maybe mine will, LOL),
Thank you for your service.
