Hello all I've been trying to locate a replacement part for a 95 chevy blazer 4x4 door.it I attached a picture. But to be honest I'm not entirely sure what it's called. I've found it called lower mode door vacuum actuator or blend actuator and a couple other names so I've been trying to find a replacement online cause none of the auto part shops around carry it or can even find anything like it. Any help would be appreciated.

It's either the mode valve actuator, or the heat/defrost valve actuator. They are very similar in appearance and function, and they are the only two actuators with two vacuum lines, the rest of the HVAC actuators only have one. The colors of the vacuum lines that attach to it will determine which actuator it is.
