Default New 2000 zr2 blazer owner need help!

I just got my 2000 blazer it was missing horribly. I did new plugs, wires, egr, and a cap and rotor got rid of all the codes. It no longer runs rough but hesitates from a dig and idle to acceleration, and my p1404 egr code came back on and it comes on every 20~ minutes. Also my fuel gauge doesn't quite work it goes from either empty or full. Guessing it's the fuel sender?

And does any one know where to get lower front quarter repair panels for the zr2 blazer I see them for the normal blazer that do not have to accommodate fender flares

i would try taking your EGR off and cleaning it with some carbon cleaner and see if that helps any.
here's a link to guide you through the cleaning. https://blazerforum.com/forum/articl...-thread-18901/

and in regards to your fuel gauge, it sounds like your sending unit mine did the same thing so i decided to just go ahead and replace the fuel pump with the sending unit and it fixed it, and as far as ive heard thats a pretty common problem with the blazers.
