By "oc" displaying what do you mean by that. Does that just display across the screen or is it in small print following the temp read out. If its the small print press the us/metric button to switch ya back to farenheit. Otherwise i wouldnt have the foggiest what that may be if its on the whole display.
OC is an acronym to let you know that the ambient temp sensor has an Open Circuit (OC). like Kyle said it's the one on the hood latch support (center of the radiator) disconnect it...get a jumper wire and connect the two terminals of the wiring connector together (short) then turn the key on and it should now read SC for Shorted Circuit...if it does replace the sensor, ANY dealer should easily find this in their parts catalog, it's called an Ambient air temperature sensor. If it doesn't read SC with the terminals shorted together then you do have a wire that is cut in two, or a loose connection at an inline connector in the circuit...let me know the results, and if you need help fixing the circuit I'll dig up a schematic and walk you through it.
