No heat on a 2005 - Replaced 7 parts already!

Replaced the Radiator cap today.
With further testing. I got the windshield vent only setting and floor only setting to give close to 100°F (37°C) on either setting. The passenger vents (blowing only into your face) do not go that high and give about 80°F, any idea why?
At least it is getting better and melted snow off the outside of the window!
The replacement thermostat was from NAPA. I will see if the box is still here.
Heater core is a cheaper one off amazon, I blew air through it before installing and it seamed to be fine for flow.
Have switched back to the original control buttons. (It would be possible that both are bad.) I get the same results with either in.
Next time I will check the core hose temps.
