No interior lights - no power to the sockets
I just bought a 2001 GMC Jimmy. None of the interior lights work. They don't work with the doors open, closed, with the switch on, over-ride off, etc. Also, the bulb was removed from the socket for the under hood light. I tested the light sockets with a test light but there's no power to any of them.
It's possible some previous owner removed the bulb under the hood in an attempt to stop a battery drain problem, but I don't know. There's no power to it, so the circuit was broken somewhere else.
Now that it gets dark early it has really been annoying not having any interior lights. How should I go about troubleshooting this?

IP = Instrument Panel. IP fuses are behind a door on the left of the instrument panel. Fuse 8 CTSY LMP. If that is OK then check Courtesy Lamp Relay.
