No power suddenly white smoke from exhaust popwer is back

Hi the engine has 150k mls. It runs perfect now.
I had rattleing noise comming from the ceramic of the catalytic converter.
Due to pressure and vibration I assume it got plugged.
Then suddenly it got blown away. Will see at next smog check.
