Hi I have a 2001 that i had a ses light on knew i needed to change plugs so ,when at Autozone had them stick code reader on it.
two codes: 1 for plugs and 1 said the oxygen sensor on the drivers side needed replacing( i think about $56.00) codes were pu300, pu174
can someone let me know where is it and is it a difficult fix
thanks!

Yeah, I know what you mean.
P0300 Random Multiple Misfires
P0174 Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2
I'd do a tune up (plugs, wires, cap & rotor) and clear the codes. Then see what pops back up.

You can unhook the battery negative for a good 10-15 minutes and it should clear the present codes in the PCM.

That is the easy way if you don't have a code scanner.. Do it while you replacing plugs, wires and cap/rotor..by the time you get those items installed your computer should have dumped the memory and codes...
