o2 Sensor?
As xmradioguy said, its a MAF sensor code. I would recommend cleaning the MAF sensor and seeing how it does then. Before you do that, just unplug the MAF and see if the rough idle clears up. If it does, then the MAF is the problem. Clean it and see how things go. Just be careful when cleaning the small elements on the sensor.
Now, while the rough idle may be a similar problem to what you are experiencing, tabluvsyou, your truck will never display this code. That is due to the fact that the CPI motors do not use a MAF sensor.
