By the look of it it will not read OBD 1.5 as most '95s have so depending on weather you have OBD 1.5 or OBD II will determine whether or not it will work for you

Where is your ECU/PCM located? If it is on the passenger fender under the hood, then it should be fully OBD2. If it is under the dash and you have the OBD2 plug under the dash, then OBD2 compatible is a funny way of describing it. It is the OBD1.5. A dash of OBD1 and a splash of OBD2, but not fully either.

Before you decide on that scanner, check out www.froogle.com. Enter OBDII Scanner and see what comes up. They have a broad variety of scanners at a broad variety of prices.
