Default Oil Priming

I have a motor thats been sitting for about 4 years now since it was last properly spun, How do i go about oil priming? i know on a 1980-89 or thereabouts 350 SBC you need a special tool with a blockoff to get oil to the passenger side pushrods but i dont know if it carries over to a '98+ 262.

The 4.3L uses the same primer has a SBC or BBC engines. Summit has what you need.
