I keep getting the same code even after i replaced the vent solenoid. How do i test the wires? my test light lights up when i touch the orange wire but the white wire i get nothing. any help?

please help before i have to take to dealer

with the key on i probed both wires at the vent solenoid and both are showing battery voltage. is this correct?

anything else to check before going to dealership? p0449 code keeps popping up.
