Both are Hooked up i used one of the light check things not shure the name but to check and see if power is coming from bat.. It is right up to alternator and from other cable that goes to wireing harness i checked it to the boutem of the motor.. can check it any further car is in parking lot and i have no jacks to get under and check.. I also herd that there was a Fuse somewhere in the cable any idea where that would be Looks like there is one goin to the alternator but couldent find the one going to the wiring harness.

A test light is what you used...those fused areas in the cable are called fusible links..they are much bigger than the wire itself...theres usually 1 inline to the starter.. when you turn the ignition key to the "on" position do you have any lights that light up on the dash?
