Default Power Locks not working

My power locks arent working on my 96 blazer, when you hit the unlock button it works fine but when you hit the lock botton it just makes a slight click and doesnt lock. I have a low battey could that be it or is it wired in series and one has come unpluged?

Sounds more like your lock mechanism has just gotten sticky or your lock actuator has gotten weak. It is typical for one direction to actuate easier than the other.

Ok, that does change it a bit. Sounds like the RKE module is not sending out the proper voltage on the lock side of things. I am not sure if the earlier 2nd gens have the same setup as the newer ones, but I believe there is a lock and unlock relay...
