questions about rotors and resistance of the wheels
I have a squeak coming from my front left side. Checked the brake pads and they are about half worn.
When I jacked the truck up and spun the wheel I noticed the squeak only happened during about 1/4 of a rotation, always in the same spot each time I turned the wheel around. The rotor has no gouges that I could feel with a finger nail and is shiny clean, but could a minor bend cause this issue?
Also when I spun the front wheel in 2 hi mode there was quite a bit of resistance. I used quite a bit of force to see how far the wheel would spin after I let it go and it came to a stop pretty much immediately. Should it be like a bicycle wheel where it keeps spinning for a while?
