@topic: Got the GM TBI line testing tool from NAPA to gauge pressure at fuel filter location. Pressure was reading and 30 psi and dropping. Purchased new Delphi fuel pump and sending unit (gas gauge has been dead for a long time).

Replacement took three days due to lack of adequate help and figuring how to get tank off. (*** Undo the four bolt mounting bracket at front of tank attached to frame***).

Truck now runs best it has in 7 years and gas gauge is working again. Fuel pressure is now in operational range of 61-65 PSI. All power has returned. Will report on mileage later.
