Exclamation Reading obd 1.5

My CEL is flashing and truck is running worse. Some codes will pull with an obd II reader but not the one that's making it flash. Can I jump it like an obd1 and get the code?

Flashing means you have a misfire.

Hm I feel like I should of already known that. Well I replaced the fpr and then the tps. Its been running ok but not good. Last night it got a whole lot worse and it runs rich already. I'm thinking the spider or nut kit but I don't have the money till the 1st to start buying parts again.

I bought an AutoXray scanner that reads OBDI and OBDII codes to use on mine. Also if it's OBD 1.5 you have to buy a special cable for it. Got it on ebay cheap
