recenty bought an 02 blazer 4.3 and everything was great. then it started leaking coolant from the intake. when i took the intake manifold off i also noticed that the water pump was really really corroded and the seals were leaking. replaced the water pump and the intake gaskets. long story short i got everything put back together and started it up and now it idles really rough and ses came on. took it to autozone to read the code and it came up with p0200 (which they said is injector circut open) and p0300 (multi cyl misfire). the tech told me that it sounds like on of the injectors is either spraying to much or not enough fuel. i cannot smell gas anywhere around the intake or in the exaust, so im thinking is not getting enough gas. trying to read up on what is going on, i have found that i made at least 2 mistakes putting it all back together:
1. the fuel lines going into the metering body on top of the spider had spacers (to keep the lines going in to far) and they are missing.
2. I over tightened the nuts on the same fuel lines and probably crushed the o-ring.

i am wondering if one of the injectors came loose, but i am also afraid that i need to replace the injector spider. please help

 

Just my opinion but I doubt it's a fuel pressure issue. You probably have a vacuum leak somewhere or you hooked up a some vacuum lines wrong. Oh also recheck that you properly hooked up all your sensors.

 

i double checked the connector for the injectors and one of the pins inside was bent. fixed and reconnected now its running great. gotta go get the ses code cleared but i think everything is fine
