Default Rear brake rotors

If I have only one bad rotor (grooves in rotor) Can I replace only one or do you have to replace both.
thanks

You can get away with replacing just one rotor, but I would recommend new pads on both sides... Putting new pads on an old, glazed rotor can sometimes be problematic.

Ok thanks
In the past I have had both rotors go bad never just one. Truck has been sitting for over a year prior to be buying it. I'm guessing from sitting something rusted or stuck on the one side.

It is somewhat typical for the sliders to freeze up and wear out the rotor. You may want to pick up a new caliper bracket or two. They are only around $10 each and much easier than messing around with the old ones.
