What is the fix for the back window squeaking? I can touch the glass and it stops. 1995 4 door blazer my 97 don't do this please help or give some ideas

I put a line of weatherstripping along the bottom of the glass and smothered the locking mechanism with white grease...problem solved.

 

A Quick fix I used is to wrap duct tape on the lock bale on the window. Eventually it wears through, but just replace it as necessary. It's caused by the spare tire rack [I have a ZR-2 and my spare is a 10x15..heavy!!] This causes the whole tailgate and glass to move...and yes it drives you crazy!! Or you could just turn up your radio loud and drive like a head-banger! Good luck with it! TR
