rebuilt engine wont start

Might have to start the engine then tighten each rocker arm nut very slowly to give the lifter time to pump up and bleed down. Gotta give each lifter time to "adjust" itself.

double check to see that your on the compression stroke at tdc when you drop in the dist, it is really easy to be 180deg off as the "timing" marks line up on both strokes.
