Default Replacing the front Caliper

I hope to be doing the job this weekend and I was wondering how one replaces a front caliper. I need to replace my front right as the piston got stuck on and toasted a new set of 3 week old pads and scored the hell out of the rotor.

I'll be replacing both front rotors with a new set of pads and one new caliper for front right.

I guess the question is, do I need to bleed the brake line to then disconnect the old caliper or do I leave the brake line as is, remove the old caliper then bleed the line when the new one is attached.

Thanks!

Hook the brake line to the new caliper and install. Open the bleeder plug until you see fluid then start your bleeding (don't start pumping the pedal on an empty caliper).
