Default Rough Idle

I have a 96 with the 4.3L and it has 77,000 miles on it. just got it a couple days ago and i noticed that it has a rough idle. i have heard that the spider injectors could be leaking and causing this. i want to know if it could possibly be the plugs, wires, cap and rotor could be causing this too? i have no clue if they have ever been changed out. possibly not saying the low miles on it.

Cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel and air filters. try cleaning the throttle plate and Mass Air Flow sensor with throttle plate spray cleaner. (do not touch the MAF)

the throttle plate cleaner wont mess up the maf sensor? the fuel and air cleaners are fine. so when i get to work tomorrow i will order some ac delco plugs wires cap and rotor. heard they are kinda expensive but worth it.
