Weird quirk my rigs developed over the past month, it takes a good second to get it going (sometimes 5 seconds or more), cleaned the throttle body chasing a possible IAC issue but the fact that its burning way too much gas (able to smell it) at first is also a good indicator that something is amiss, chasing either injector or IAC.

 

Any codes? What are your fuel trims? Have you tested fuel pressure? Do you have a scanner with live data? If so with engine off go back and forth through the TPS travel and watch the values.
