While this article specifically details the procedure for checking the fuel pressure on the 96+ SCFI/MFI engines, the values are practically the same for the 92-95 CPI engines. The location of the fuel pressure test port on the CPI engine is on the back of the plenum between the distributor and the power brake booster. The fuel pressure test and fuel pressure leak down test should be performed prior to replacing the FPR and/or nut kit on any CPI engine as it will identify the source of the problem.

I have 04 blazer and for months I had the same problem. I recently checked all my plugs and they all were firing cuz they were all the same color tannish/brown. I put new plugs and wires in again and replaced cap, rotor and pick up module and it runs real smooth now
