I'm just wondering is it something worth doing?

I have 2 questions that im curious on, first, will putting seafoam in you engine oil cause your bearings to spin? and two, after putting it in your intake manifold or gas tank, doesn't it cause your spark plugs to foul?

I never had any problems with it, I always just poured half the can in my gas tank, then i pour some down the main vacuum line coming off the brake booster, Then rev it & watch the smoke.

I get dry lifter rattles at start up sometime added seafoam to the oil per directions and it seems to help. Used to make noise the whole time I went to work (about 10 min) now it might do it for only a couple seconds after 1st startup of the day.
