Secondary air pump

lemon blazer is an unknown quantity at this point

Secondary air pump

My check engine light has come on twice and both times the codes popped up "secondary air pump malfunction" While i've yet to check the fuse and the pump itself, I'm wondering if I did any damage to the truck while driving around waiting for the code to come back on? Or is it just for emission purposes?

pretty sure its just emmisions you should be ok.
