Default Shifter Extension???

does anyone know where to find a shifter extender? i have a 97'blazer 4x4 LS, i put a body lift on, then changed to a manual transmission... my shifter is 2inches too short. i've been searching the web and havent found anything. i would rather not have to customize any of the origional equipment if possible.

i cant fit the shifter boot or put on my center console until i figure this out. i guess i assumed everyone with a 5speed and a body lift would have the same problem, and someone would be selling this part.

There was a company that made them, can't think of the name at the moment. They quit making them about 6 or 7 years ago. You might get lucky and find a used one in a pic and pull lot.

i'll take a look in the next truck stop i stop into... haha
and as for 5speeds or 4x4 5speed s10pick-ups in the boneyard are rare around here. my work has 1500 cars, and not a single one. (i said 4x4 s10's because who's gonna put a body lift on a 2wd, although i always look just in case)
