So I got a blazer that sat for 12 years. Im just using it as a plow truck so I replaced the fuel pump and put it on a switch. The fuel lines have pressure but it won't start. Dumped some gas in the throttle body and the thing started right away but won't stay running, so no fuel. Help

 

Are you sure that it has spark?

 

Get a fuel pressure tester, do the tests as described in the sticky topic. Without data I'd need a crystal ball to foretell the problem...

 

Why did you replace the fuel pump?

Why is the purpose of the switch?
