Default sticky rear brakes

just bought a 02 blazer and the dealer replaced the front and rear brake rotors and pads but know the rear brakes stick. i have tried greasing the slides and the area were the pads ride in and it seamed to help but they still are sticking some. when i was working on the brakes i pushed the caliper pistons back in and they seamed to move fairly easy. also the rear rims are getting very hot to the touch and the rear rotors have a blue tint, and boy do they stink. dose anyone got any ideas

are you using "grease" or are you using some kind of anti-sieze? (i always use Moly Slip Copp-A-Slip)

if the dealer did the brakes on the truck, why are you messing with it anyways? they should be fixing it.

regardless, it sure sounds like they're dragging. you mentioned that the rotor(s) is showing serious heat marks. is this on both the inside & outside face of the rotor(s)?

when you say the caliper pistons pushed back in fairly easily, was this by hand, or using a caliper press/c-clamp?

I used a big chanellocks to move the piston back and it just sealed to be fairly so I dint think the problem was coming from the calipers. But the discoloration was around the bottom part of the pad surface and the (hat?) part of the rotor

Anti seize on the slides.

You may need brake hoses. They collapse on the inside and the resistance on the caliper when pressing it in might not be noticeable by hand but the flow of the brake fluid may be restricted. If you replace them, make sure you shoot them with PB blaster os something similar each day for a few days before you do it.
