RE: Takin out the tranny!!!
ok 1 other question, there is a bolt right under the transfer case, when u take it out a spring comes out with this blue plastic piece that goes with it. Well that fell out, and i wanted to know if the blue plastic piece goes on top of the spring or on the bottom inside the bolt??

As far as rebuild kits, anything high energy should be good. I believe that MonsterTrans.com has a master rebuild kit as should any parts store that you should have close.
About the transfer case, you only need to pull the ring of bolts that face towards the transfer case after following through with the steps in the how-to. You should then be able to remove the transfer case.
About what you removed... No clue what it is you are talking about. Picture maybe? Show the part you are talking about and where you took it out of...?

I wouldn't think you would have to replace your torque converter!!

RE: Takin out the tranny!!!
You don't have to, but I wouldn't even think twice about it. With my luck, the torque converter would go bad the day after I got it all put back together. Just make sure that you get the proper torque converter and match it up with the original. Don't want what happened to Tim (hanr3) to happen to you as well!
