vibration in the front end and it's not the tires

Sounds like you found a good shop. However, I don't think that will help the vibration, I've never heard of camber or toe making a vibration. Hope I'm wrong lol. I would still shake down the hubs.

I had it out on the hwy today and by rocking the steering wheel I can make it change. so I think it might be a hub.
