So I was experiencing the classic problem of wipers not coming on when it rained, and I replaced the pulse board. All good except for one weird thing I have not encountered before. On any intermittent setting (anything lower than full high) the cycle begins with the pause instead of an immediate wipe. Use the spray and it wipes immediately. Anything between that and full high and there is a pause before it begins the intermittent cycle. Anyone run into this before?

 

Y, I replaced the switch and now when I turn to an intermediate level I have to wait a cycle before the wipers will move. The slower the level the longer the wait.
