Well, I had a friend come over and help me reset the timing by the book. Very easy. Then he points out that the wiring harness for the distributor wasn't plugged in. Perfect! Running grreat now. Weird that I found the problem then you posted about the wiring harness. Thanks again to everyone who participated in this thread.
